Despite a sluggish start to 2020 sales in the Boatworks Bayonne community property values are appreciating and buyer demand continues to improve for the second successive year.
Madison design 1925 sq. ft. corner unit on Marina Drive recently closed at $411,200 after lasting 14 days on the market. This is the 3rd highest price achieved in the community since 2019. In July 2019 a Bryant design 1800 sq. ft townhouse sold for $415,000, and in January the same year a Sheridan design fetched $425,000.
There are 5 pending sales currently in the Boatworks community with an average list price of $409,680. Average days on the market to contract is 9.
