From January to June 2018 the average days on the market for townhouses in Boatworks Bayonne was 43 compared to January to June 2017 when the average days to contract was 109. Boatworks also outpaced single family houses in the rest of Bayonne with their average days on the market at 59 for 2018.
The average sold price in the Boatworks community has also increased – from $354,557 in 2017 to $382,000 in 2018.
In list to sale price ratio Boatworks sellers dropped 1% in 2018. In 2017 the average townhouse achieved 97% of its list price. So far for this year sellers achieved on average 96% of list price.
