My husband met Janice at an open house while shopping for our first home in the USA. A year went by, he lost her business card but was so impressed during his initial interaction with her that he convinced me to join him in trying to find her. We began our search by visiting several open houses in the community. Janice showed up for the inspection, the appraisal, recommended contractors for work we wanted done on the house and joined me when meeting them.
With our limited knowledge of the process Janice was our voice of experience. She did not treat our purchase as just another transaction, but was thoroughly invested in us as customers. Janice went above and beyond her job to make us feel at ease . She genuinely cared for us even in times when the process was rocky and we felt we would lose the house. Janice stepped in and guided us to a successful conclusion. She is a skilled negotiator, solution oriented, and builds consensus. My husband and I believe that it was Janice’s ability to make us feel comfortable about our purchase and her advice every step of the way that eventually got us to the closing table.
